Marigolds Commercial Cleaning continue to closely monitor the changing situation in order to keep people safe.
All of our staff are trained according to the latest government guidance, and we are proud to uphold the very highest and most stringent standards of care and safety.
Your workplace is unique and is likely to have changed its operations (and / or layout) in response to the virus. At Marigolds, we are continuing to adapt our services to each customer – ensuring your needs are met in line with the health and safety of all.
We would like to update all stakeholders on how specifically we have been managing COVID-19 and the changes that have been implemented since March:
We have sourced sufficient PPE and chemical supplies to undertake our obligation to clients
We aim to use environmentally friendly disposable equipment where possible
We have updated all daily cleaning schedules to ensure the focus is on frequent touch points
We have reviewed and updated all risk assessments and method statements to include the increased risk resulting from the pandemic
We have implemented a new Social Distancing Policy and COVID-19 risk assessment
We have re-trained many of our staff on Cross-Contamination and continue to build on the importance of breaking the chain of infection
We continue to be flexible with clients whose circumstances have inevitably changed
As businesses begin to open, we will continue to move forward with caution
To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, we recommend that clients also:
Continue to follow government guidance on social distancing
Report any incidents of infection and wherever possible close the business for at least 72 hours (prior to having a decontamination clean)
Be patient in any delays occurring due to a direct impact of the virus
Implement good hygiene practice within the workplace through your own COVID-19 risk assessment
Implement staff training and awareness
